Joshua Weinstein

Joshua Weinstein, a lover of local history and art, founded Chesapeake Bay Receptive in 2022, only four years after founding his first company, Norfolk Tour Company, in 2018.

Joshua received his undergraduate degree in history from Old Dominion University in 2011. Starting as a volunteer tour guide of Norfolk's Historic Elmwood Cemetery in 2013, Joshua has since conducted over 400 walking tours in Hampton Roads. He now resides in Norfolk, and spends his time growing his businesses.
